Reports

Reports brings together ordering and performance views for managers. What you see may grow as your workspace matures; you typically need permission to view orders (orders:read).

Typical uses

• Compare spend or velocity across suppliers
• Review how fast orders move through approval
• Share snapshots with finance or operations

Exporting and date ranges

Use the date selector to view a preset 7-, 30-, or 90-day window or a custom range, then share a snapshot with Export CSV, Export PDF (Arabic-ready), or Queue async export for larger pulls.

Access

If Reports is missing from your sidebar, your role may not include order-viewing access (orders:read). Ask an administrator to update your permissions.
