Organization settings

Settings at the organization level affect forecasts, integrations, and more. Most of this requires an Owner or Admin role.

Profile and calendar

Open Admin → Settings to update your organization profile and weekend days. Choosing the right closed or low-traffic days helps forecasts reflect how you really operate.

Optional external signals

Admins can connect outside data (for example weather, economics, or holidays) under Admin → External data. When enabled, these signals can refine demand context for your workspace—your Mihwar administrator configures what is active.

Billing and your trial

Billing is where your plan, usage meters, and payment tools live. A new organization starts on a 14-day STARTER trial, and while it is running a banner here shows the end date, a day countdown, and what happens when it ends (limits revert to Free unless you upgrade). You can upgrade at any point during the trial from this screen.

Notifications

The bell in the top bar collects alerts for your role. Two behaviors are worth knowing. First, reminders about unassigned CAPA incidents arrive as a single daily digest per person—one line with the count and the age of the oldest one—rather than a separate ping for every incident, so the bell stays usable. Second, notifications prune themselves: read ones older than 30 days and anything older than 90 days are cleared automatically, so the list reflects what still matters.
