One Mihwar account can join multiple organizations. Keep it secure with a strong password and optional two-step verification using an authenticator app.

Profile and password

Update your name, photo, and password on Account Settings. If you forget your password, use Forgot password; you will receive email instructions when your organization has outgoing email configured.

Two-step verification

Turn on two-step verification in settings: scan the QR code with an authenticator app, save any backup codes your team recommends, and complete a test sign-in before relying on it for daily use.

Sign in with Google or Microsoft

If your administrators enabled it, you can sign in with your work Google or Microsoft account instead of a Mihwar-only password. Your organization membership and any extra verification rules still apply.

Confirming your email

Some workspaces ask you to verify your inbox the first time you register. Follow the link in the message before inviting a large team so everyone receives notifications reliably.
