Templates & recurring orders

Templates store a basket you can start manually whenever you need it. Recurring orders create or queue orders on a schedule so routine buying does not depend on someone remembering to click “New order.”

Order templates

  1. Open templates

  2. Create or edit

Add line items and quantities, and give the template a clear name (for example “Tuesday produce”) so teammates pick the right one. A template stores its name, an optional description, and its lines.
  3. Use when ordering

When the mix is right but the day changes, start from the template instead of rebuilding the cart from scratch.

Recurring orders

  1. Open recurring

  2. Pick a template and schedule

Choose a saved order template (build one first) and set how often it should run—the order's contents come from the template you pick. Your org's rules may still allow edits before or after each run; follow your local process.
  3. What happens next

On each run, Mihwar creates a new order—submitted, or auto-approved if you turned that on (never a draft). Check Orders to see them.
