Templates & recurring orders

Templates store a basket you can start manually whenever you need it. Recurring orders create or queue orders on a schedule so routine buying does not depend on someone remembering to click “New order.”

Order templates

   Open templates

   Go to Inventory → Order templates.

   Create or edit

   Add line items, quantities, and notes the way you want them saved. Give the template a clear name (for example “Tuesday produce”) so teammates pick the right one.

   Use when ordering

   When the mix is right but the day changes, start from the template instead of rebuilding the cart from scratch.

Recurring orders

   Open recurring

   Go to Inventory → Recurring orders.

   Set schedule and lines

   Choose how often the order should run and what should be on it. Your org's rules may still allow edits before or after each run—follow your local process.

   What happens next

   On each run, Mihwar creates or advances work according to your settings. Check Orders to see new drafts or submissions.
