For Mihwar platform operators—not typical customer users.

A small group can support, audit, and monitor every organization on the platform. Day-to-day product help lives in the other guides; this page stays high level.

Who has platform access

Platform administrators are assigned by your Mihwar team. They see a Platform console entry in the main navigation rail, which opens cross-customer tools such as Organizations, All users, Analytics, and System health.

System health

The health view summarizes whether core services (database, cache, storage, ML) are responding normally. It also links to the public /api/health endpoint and lists recently failed background jobs that operators can retry.
