Is the free plan really free?
Yes — free forever, no card required. The free plan covers one branch, one user, up to 50 inventory items, and 10 orders a month — all eight apps included. Raise those caps (and unlock AI Smart Ordering) on a paid plan.
Do all plans include all eight apps?
They do. Checklists, Quality, Follow-ups, Smart Ordering, Scheduling, Labels, Work Orders, and Documents ship on every plan. Plans differ by branches, users, AI ordering, integrations, and support — not by which apps you get.
What does AI Smart Ordering need to work?
Import a CSV or Excel of your past orders. The model learns each branch’s weekly cycles and seasonality and drafts the next order — a quick tap to confirm helps it learn, but it never blocks you.
Can the same account run Riyadh and Amman, Arabic and English?
Yes. Mihwar is one Arabic-first, fully bilingual bundle with native RTL. Each user picks their language; numbers, dates, and inspector packets stay correct in both.
Do we need a consultant to onboard?
No — the no-consultant policy is a promise. Import your data and the platform does the rest; most teams are running their first sealed checklist the same day.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Anytime, from your admin panel. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your billing period.

The questions we actually get asked
Does this replace my inventory system?
No, and it isn't trying to. Mihwar orders — it does not count stock. There are no cycle counts, no barcode scanning, no shelf balances. It learns what each branch actually orders and drafts the next order from that. If you run an IMS, keep it; we integrate rather than replace.
Will it work with Foodics or my POS?
The Foodics connector is built but not yet live — the mapping and sync logic exist and the outbound calls await partnership credentials. Until it is live, Mihwar learns from your uploaded order history instead, which is what most operators start with anyway. We would rather tell you that now than after you sign.
How long until one branch is actually running?
About a week. Import your order history, switch on the apps you need, and run one real shift on it. We deliberately start with one branch and one workflow rather than a full rollout — it is the fastest way to find out whether this fits how you actually work.
What happens on the floor when the signal drops?
Checklist and quality entries queue on the device and sync when signal returns — walk-in fridges and basement stores are exactly where this matters, so it was built in rather than added later.
Is my data separated from other companies?
Yes. Every record carries its organization, every query is scoped to it, and branch users only ever see their own branches. There is a database-level guard behind the application one.
Can I get my data out?
Yes — exports for your records and your inspector, any time, without asking us. Your operating history is yours; nothing here is designed to make leaving hard.
Does it work in Arabic properly, or is it translated?
Authored in Arabic, right-to-left throughout, with Hijri dates and the paperwork a regional inspector actually asks for. Each person picks their own language — an Arabic cook and an English area manager use the same workspace.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You drop to the free plan — one branch, all eight apps, no card, no expiry. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage. Upgrade when a second branch makes it worth it.
